At 10:00 am local time on October 15th, Ruixi International Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding with Ajyal Group, a subsidiary of the Al Romaiti family in the United Arab Emirates, in Abu Dhabi. Ruixi International founder Lin Bin, co-founder Ye Guangtao, and Ajyal Group chairman Ahmed Mohamed Al Romaiti jointly signed the agreement.
The agreement outlines the cooperation framework between the two parties. Subsequently, Ruixi International will establish a representative office in the Middle East to develop energy storage, renewable energy, and electric vehicle charging businesses in the Middle East and North Africa region, promoting the application of major businesses in power grids, industry, commerce, and residential areas, and helping accelerate the local energy transition. Ajyal Group will introduce potential projects and networks in the Middle East and North Africa region, including but not limited to providing services and support to various enterprises and government departments, while expanding the local partner network for Ruixi International and providing the necessary resources for the projects.
As the "the Belt and Road" continues to advance, Ruixi International is accelerating its strategic planning and layout of global development. The resource advantages, regional advantages and policy support in the Middle East in terms of new energy are the key to Ruixi International's "going to sea" to the Middle East. Starting from the signing of this agreement, Ruixi International will work together with Ajyal Group to promote energy transformation in the Middle East, drive local low-carbon economic development, and jointly move towards a greener, more inclusive, and sustainable future.
