The APS scheduling system can reasonably allocate the production priority level of orders based on production plans, execution status, and customer requirements, fully consider production capacity conditions, and calculate order delivery dates. Use graphics to visually display the capacity load status and provide a basis for order adjustments. Based on changes in orders (such as changes in delivery dates, additions or deletions of orders, changes in product types, and urgent insertion of orders), utilize automatic optimization planning capabilities to re formulate production plans and arrange production and procurement supply plans. Based on optimization criteria such as color, mold, product process attributes, etc., automatic optimization of production plans can reduce production losses and increase production capacity. Combining JIT (Just In Time Manufacturing) and TOC (Theory of Constraints), guide hierarchical material preparation, automatically calculate and coordinate raw material and work in progress supply demand, and minimize inventory quantity while ensuring minimum inventory demand.
